Where duplicate accounts are identified, pak921 reserves the right to immediately suspend all associated accounts, void all related bonuses and winnings, and retain any bonus funds credited to duplicate accounts. 3.3 Account Security

pak921's aggregate liability to you for any direct losses arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform shall in no event exceed the total amount deposited by you to your pak921 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
pak921 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. pak921 is not responsible for any losses incurred as a result of technical failures, internet outages, or other circumstances outside of pak921's reasonable control.
pak921 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a Player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:
Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to the Player (net of any applicable regulatory holds) following completion of any necessary investigations.
